At this event, we were the talent buyer and artist/stage manager in tandem with several other wonderful vendors. It took place at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis and was truly one of the coolest events to be a part of. It fosters young technological minds and provides huge amounts of money for scholarships and support for technical programs in schools. We helped produce many components of the show including writing the opening and closing ceremony segments, general facilitation of artists, contracts, technical rider needs, and hospitality standards being met. We booked and organized Andy Caldwell, a Steampunk marching band with a chant that fully engaged all 25,000 in attendance, Stikyards a rocking percussion ensemble, and Eclipse a shadow and dance show for a dynamic performance and awards show experience.
